There was a rape scene in hills have eyes but that was worse on explicitness this is worse in terms of violence you see a lot of detail and screaming very disturbing scene and there's extreme amounts of bloody violence the mutants are killed in very gory, insanely bloody, awfully gruesome ways such as bashing against rocks and shooting.
Many violent scenes and non stop language. As well, the movie begins with a shot of a woman giving birth to a mutant baby which may look kinda disturbing to certain viewers then a hulking mutant takes the baby and smashes her face in with a hammer. Pretty bloody. This is just the beginning.
There is A LOT more. There's a scene when Sarge one of the characters gets accidentally shot by friendly fire and blood spurts. I have watched the theatrical version of this when I was 9 with my dad in the movies and I've also got the uncut version Do not confuse with unrated of the film which we bought from amazon.

Violence: over the top, puke-inducing, disgusting, brutal violence, almost throughout the whole movie. Brain matter is shown, lots of intestines, blood, and gore. Repeated stabbing, you name it, they have it Mutant kills woman after she gives birth.
A rape. A couple of attempted rapes.
Tongue is forced down throat, then girl bites it off. Lots of kicks and beating to the crotch area.
Pretentiousness is our forte. awesomeness is our goal.
Consumerism: none Overall, this movie was disturbing, puke-inducing, stomach-stirring disgusting, blood and gore fest. Not to say it's bad. I'm a huge horror movie fan, and I love this movie!
